His broad financial accounting-business training (including a PDD (Executive Development Programme) at the IESE Business School), and his extensive experience have enabled him to advise and supervise accounting and the preparation of Annual Accounts at the highest level (consolidated and international groups), to lead teams dedicated to carrying out Due Diligence for national and international M&A transactions, collaborating in the procedural strategy in corporate disputes, including the valuation of companies, advising debtors in insolvency proceedings, participating in the design and implementation of corporate restructuring operations, both for family-owned and multinational companies, or acting as a specialist expert witness before Spanish criminal and commercial courts and, in the arbitration field, before the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration).

- Drafting and defence of an expert accounting, financial and commercial report in criminal proceedings arising from a corporate conflict, with a claim for 87 million euros.
- Drafting and defence of legal/tax expert reports to defend the non-existence of offences against the Public Treasury.
- Design of strategy and appearances related to audits by the Tax Office in cases of individuals and entities with complex contingencies (transfer pricing, business restructuring, international operations) with amounts of hundreds of thousands or millions of euros at stake.
